With effect from 1-Dec-2018, PNG customers will be able to use auto-pay or manual pay facility on net banking only if “Gujarat Gas Limited” is added as a biller using 12 digit customer id. If biller is registered with less than 12 digit customer id, kindly delete your existing registration and add “Gujarat Gas Limited” as a new biller on your net banking using 12 digit customer id mentioned on your gas bill.

Procedure for Payments

  • Click on either Billdesk or Paytm to pay your bill
  • Billdesk Logo  Paytm Logo
  • Enter your Customer Id.
  • Customer details and bill details will be displayed along with bill amount and the same are to be verified before making payment.
  • When you click to proceed to pay and confirm, you will be redirected to the payment gateway page where payment amount and payment mode will be displayed.
  • Choose the payment mode from which you wish to make the payment and authorize transaction accordingly.
  • Payment receipt for online transaction will be available on payment website and printout can be taken.
