Due to System maintenance, user might face interruptions in online payment from 23rd March 2018 from 08:00 pm till 25th March 2018 12:00 noon.

Procedure for Payments

  • Click on pay bill
  • Enter your Customer Id
  • Customer details and bill details will be displayed along with bill amount
  • When you click to proceed to pay and confirm, you will be redirected to the payment gateway where bill amount and payment mode will be displayed
  • Choose the payment mode from which you wish to make the payment
  • On clicking "Make Payment" button, you will be redirected to the bank site where you will have to authorize the payment
  • The amount will be debited to your account
  • Payment receipt for online transaction will be available on payment website and printout can be taken
  • Confirmation of payment is given from the bank site and a transaction ID is given for the future reference
